Ladies and Gentlemen, We Have A Nursery!!!

Wilson and I were able to put the nursery together over the last few days! We definitely never expected to be able to get it done before our Baby Pea came, so we are very excited. It looks GREAT thanks to all my Wilson's hard work! He has been going non-stop at home, in addition to working 24 hour shifts, as well as extra shifts at the fire station. He has been so supportive through all of this! Baby Pea couldn't have a better Daddy! We can't wait to have our new bundle of joy come home with us. She now has a very cute GIRL room and I got nesting out of my system! We just need a baby to put in the cute room now! LOL! Come on Baby Pea....

I have spent the last few days decorating her room and organizing her stuff! Thanks again to my family for the adorable bedding set. It looks SO cute and comfy! I want to get in the bed...LOL

Week 40 and Waiting!

Well, hello family and friends! I never thought I would live to see week 40 while still pregnant! Baby Pea's expected due date was today but other than my typical braxtons, I haven't seen evidence of serious labor yet. I am really hoping for this weekend! I am so thankful though that she has stayed put and has had the opportunity to grow and develop in womb! God is GOOD! Wilson has spent his last four days off working away with Stephen McNeese installing flooring upstairs. They were trying to finish before baby came and successfully completed the project last night! It is very exciting and looks fantastic. They did a GREAT job. I spent as much of today as I could physically stand cleaning saw dust from the rooms down stairs! How does that stuff get every where??? It is so worth it though to have the upstairs completed. Wilson and I are going to clean the upstairs tomorrow and hopefully get furniture moved in and the crib assembled. I cant wait to put the nursery together! I think that is why Baby Pea is waiting! LOL! She wants her own room :)......finished pics to come soon or baby pics.....whatever comes first?! We will keep you posted. Can't wait to meet our BABY GIRL!!!

Well, it is week 39 and I just got back from an exciting doctors appointment. I am 4cm dilated already, 75% effaced, and at zero station (baby is low!). Doctor says I should be having this baby girl soon! I am very excited and ready to meet my beautiful baby girl! I have been contracting on and off the last three days and I am ready to have this baby!!! Hopefully I will be posting her picture soon :) !

Family Guessing Game!

Okay, so I asked family to participate in a fun little guessing game...

We are guessing Baby Pea's due date and weight. Who ever picks the closest date with out going past the actual due date wins. In the event that two people pick the same day, and that happens to be the BIG day, then the person with the closest weight with out going over wins! (People did this for one of my co-workers and it was fun) Good luck guessing. Here are the entries so far...
