14 Weeks

SUMMER we are ready! 

    Well hello second trimester! Boy am I happy to see you! I am already feeling much better with more energy and less nausea. I had my second check up today  and baby is doing great. I got to hear the heartbeat again which is always amazing. Im starting to have a bump to show already which is exciting.  

    Miley is doing great as well. She's ready for summer. We just need the weather to cooperate and to quit raining. She's already been in her turtle pool outside despite the cold water. She definitely shares her mommy and daddy's love for the water. Swim lessons are scheduled for this summer! Looking forward to fresh air and sunshine. Happy summer everyone! 

12 Weeks and Some Catching Up

Well I can honestly see now why the second child never has as many entries in his/her baby book. (Poor second kiddos). I have been meaning to document my belly growth and other things, just like I did with Miley through this blog, however, there never seems to be a moment to spare lately. Between moving, keeping up with a two year old, and unfortunately being sick recently, there has been no time to spare. Needless to say, I am absolutely beyond excited for this second addition to the family! I'm currently 12 weeks and had my first OB check up two weeks ago! I got to hear the amazing sound of baby's heart beat! Baby is doing great and we are trucking along through this first trimester. Miley is doing really well and is getting so big! She never ceases to amaze me with her vocabulary and her ability to remember everything (not kidding, it's kind of scary)! Some of her favorite activities lately include singing, dancing, jumping on the trampoline, and playing with friends at the park and pool! She's my little social butterfly! I can't wait for her to be a big sister!
